During their 2023 Bangladesh Premier League match, Naseem Shah made fun of Azam Khan

On January 29, 2019, during a match in the Bangladesh Premier League, Pakistani players Azam Khan and Naseem Shah engaged in some lighthearted joking with one another.

Naseem Shah, a pacer for the Comilla Victorians, was observed making fun of Azam Khan, a player for the Khulna Tigers, as Khan was coming out to bat in the match.

While Azam was making his way towards the pitch with his bat in hand, the right-arm pacer approached him and struck him in the chest with his right hand.

As a result, Azam resisted Naseem’s attempts to shake hands with him and pushed Naseem away from him. After a few seconds had passed, it was possible to observe Naseem mimicking Azam’s manner of walking by expanding his shoulders in an amusing manner.

At the time of the event, Mosaddek Hossain had just run out Tamim Iqbal with the first ball of the 20th over of Khulna Tigers’ innings. Azam Khan was the next batsman to step up to the plate.

During his innings, he hit five fours and seven sixes. Azam Khan, meanwhile, scored 12 runs without being out off of the four balls he faced.

Naseem Shah, on the other side, finished his four-over performance with stats of one wicket for thirty-four runs.

Comilla Victorians were successful in their attempt to beat the total in 18.2 overs, as Johnson Charles’ unbeaten 107 runs came off of 56 balls. an innings that featured five fours, eleven sixes, and no singles. Mohammad Rizwan scored 73 runs off of 39 balls to also play an important knock.
