During Pele’s Catch on Goa Beach, Where Sachin Tendulkar Came to the Rescue

On Tuesday, batting star Sachin Tendulkar shared a video on his YouTube channel in which he can be seen assisting a fisherman with bringing in his catch and subsequently dining at the fisherman’s restaurant.

At Caranzalem beach, it showed Tendulkar interacting with a fisherman named Pele, and the two of them had a conversation about the traditional method of fishing. Tendulkar was also spotted assisting a fisherman in hauling his canoe ashore after it had been submerged in water.

Pele requested the master batter’s assistance in sustaining the community of traditional fisherman by telling him, “I and my brother have been continuing with this labour. I want our generation to continue with this work,” Pele informed the master batter.

Sachin Tendulkar stated that residents of Goa take pleasure in seafood, but none is aware of the difficulty involved in catching it.

“First time dekha hai (seeing for the first time) fisherman are taking the boat inside how much bother they take,” he remarked. “Kya experience hai yeh (what an experience this is), astonishing.”

When Pele asked Tendulkar to join him for lunch, he appeared to be overcome with emotion. “God bless your family, I am extremely rich today,” he added. “World number one cricket guy is supporting traditional fisherman. I am the happiest man on this earth.”

Later, Tendulkar and his son Arjun were seen eating fish at Pele’s restaurant, which is located right on the shore.
