The DPL has announced Sports18 as a broadcast partner and JioCinema as an official streaming partner

14 August 2024, New Delhi: For its much awaited debut season, the Delhi Premier League (DPL) is pleased to announce JioCinema as its official streaming partner and Sports18 as its broadcast partner. By guaranteeing extensive coverage and accessibility, this partnership represents a major advancement in introducing cricket enthusiasts worldwide to the thrill of the DPL.

T20 cricket in the area is about to undergo a revolution according to the Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA), which organises the DPL.

Fans will be able to take in all the excitement from the comfort of their homes thanks to JioCinema’s and Sports18’s backing, as all matches will be streamed live.

All of the DPL’s planned games will take played at New Delhi’s Shri Arun Jaitley Stadium from August 17 to September 8, 2024. A total of forty matches are scheduled for the first season, with seven games in the women’s division and 33 in the men’s.

South Delhi Superstarz, Purani Dilli 6, Central Delhi Kings, North Delhi Strikers, West Delhi Lions, and East Delhi Riders are the six men’s teams who will participate in the competition. The South Delhi Superstars, Central Delhi Queens, North Delhi Strikers, and East Delhi Riders are the four women’s teams who will compete in the league.

In the first league match, South Delhi Superstarz and Purali Dilli 6 will face off. Every Delhi Premier League game will be broadcast on Sports18 – 2 and streamed live for free on JioCinema.
