The wives of cricketers Suresh Raina and Cheteshwar Pujara, Puja Pabari Pujara and Priyanka Chaudhary Raina, have discussed their struggles and methods for providing for their families in the face of adversity.
In India, cricket is revered as a religion and its players as gods. Though the athletes and their families may appear to have it all together, enjoying a life of luxury and splendour, on the outside, the truth is quite different. Every day, the better halves of cricket players confront difficult obstacles as well because they have to provide stability for their families so that their partners may concentrate on their performances.

People assume that all we do is travel and lead the ideal life. However, they are unaware that families must adhere to the strict lifestyle that cricket players lead. Priyanka, who is also a co-founder of Maate, pointed out that the positive portrayal of the athletes’ lives on social media was caused by this. She claimed that, like other families, theirs is a life of hardships and difficulties.
