The 1.4 billion-person country exulted in great pride and joy on August 23, at 6:00 PM, when India successfully landed Chandrayaan-3 on the moon. India became the first nation to land a spacecraft on the Moon’s South Pole, a less-explored region of the lunar surface, thanks to the superb work of ISRO scientists. While the country celebrated the historic event in many different ways, former India captain MS Dhoni joined the line while in his element.
In a video going viral on the internet, MS Dhoni, whose patriotism is unmatched, is seen calmly and composedly applauding Chandrayaan-3’s triumph. The Ranchi hero was seen gently touching his right leg as those around him were seen joyfully rejoicing. India became the fourth country to successfully land on the moon, leaving its mark on history.
While the landing procedure started at about 5:30 p.m., Chandrayaan-3 took about 30 minutes to complete the touchdown after completing many steps. Indians were overjoyed when images of the moon’s surface began to circulate online following the successful landing.
IPL 2024 is anticipated to feature MS Dhoni.
Despite having knee problems throughout the entire season, the renowned captain led Chennai Super Kings to a record-breaking fifth championship after defeating Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2023 championship game. Fans had anticipated that this would be Dhoni’s final season, but the 42-year-old said that he will work to get his supporters to watch him again in IPL 2024. The CSK captain underwent knee surgery after the season ended, and he appears to be recuperating well.
The CSK captain makes no effort to be at his acrobatic best on the pitch, despite not having age on his side. His remarkable mastery behind the wickets is still visible in the IPL 2023 championship game, where he startled Shubman Gill in 0.12 seconds to set the tone for the game.
