In the current T20 World Cup 2024, star Indian batter Virat Kohli has fallen short of his capabilities. With just five runs scored in his first two games, the 35-year-old is well short of the tournament record. Still, former cricketer Ambati Rayudu was pleased with Kohli’s initial intentions. In the second game between India and Pakistan, the opener struck a magnificent cover drive that went for a boundary, but he was caught at point a few balls later.
Ambati Rayudu anticipates that Kohli will perform well and thinks he will quickly regain his form.

Virat has demonstrated determination in the last two games and will soon begin scoring, according to Piyush Chawla as well. He continued by saying that although things don’t always go your way in T20 cricket, Virat can still make a run because he has good ball timing.

I think the major knock is coming soon because he has performed well in more difficult circumstances, Chawla added.
