After India defeated West Indies, Shreyas Iyer “Rocked Some Dance Moves,” as seen on YouTube.

Shreyas Iyer performed his dance routine in front of the fans during India’s first ODI match against West Indies, and he did so again at Mohammed Siraj’s request.

India scored a narrow victory over West Indies on Friday to take a 1-0 series lead after the three-match set. The players, who were given the opportunity to bat first, scored a total of 308 for 7 during the game at Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad. In response, West Indies were once cruising at 133 for 1, but India fought back to stay in the game till the very last ball and eventually prevailed by just three runs.

Notably, Mohammed Siraj helped the team win the opening ODI on Friday by holding off bowlers like Romario Shepherd and Akeal Hosein for 15 runs in the final over. While Yuzvendra Chahal (2 for 58), Mohammed Siraj (2 for 57), and Shardul Thakur (2 for 54) put up a combined effort in the second innings to stop West Indies from falling three runs short of their total, Shikhar Dhawan (97), Shubman Gill (64), and Shreyas Iyer (54) helped India post 308 for 7 in their first innings.
