After a hard day of training, Rohit Sharma rides his kick scooter

At the end of a particularly strenuous training session, the captain of India, Rohit Sharma, was observed taking a trip on a kick scooter around the ICC Cricket Academy.

The Asia Cup is almost here, and fans can’t contain their excitement in anticipation of the high-stakes matchup that will take place between India and Pakistan in Dubai on Sunday.

Both sides have begun their preparations for the upcoming match by beginning their respective training sessions, and players from both camps were spotted conversing with one another on Wednesday and Thursday.

At the end of a particularly strenuous training session, the captain of India, Rohit Sharma, was observed taking a trip on a kick scooter around the ICC Cricket Academy. The footage of Rohit having fun on the ride was posted on the official BCCI account’s Twitter account.

Earlier on Wednesday, Rohit was saw competing in a practise session against spinners Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin in the nets. Around the park, Rohit was seen hitting some impressive strokes.

Virat Kohli, a top batsman for India, was smashing the spinners all over the park in the practise innings, and he gave the impression of being worth a million dollars.

The former captain of India, who has been having trouble scoring runs, was benched for the series against West Indies and Zimbabwe, and he will be eager to return back to his big scoring form in the continental event. He was rested for both matches.

VVS Laxman, who is serving as India’s temporary head coach for the competition, was observing everything that was going on while Kohli was practising in the nets.

When India faces Pakistan on the 28th of August, they will be hoping to get off to a winning start in their new season.

Both India and Pakistan will be without key members of their bowling attacks because of injuries; India will be without Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel, while Pakistan will be without Shaheen Shah Afridi.

India is the most successful team in Asia Cup history, having won the competition seven times overall and taking first place in both of the most recent editions of the competition.
