The MCC Weekdays Bash XIX championship game between Rabdan Cricket Club and Aerovisa Cricket in the UAE brought attention to the wrong things. Kashif Muhammad was dismissed LBW (leg before wicket) for eight runs off fifteen balls by Nasir Ali on the last ball of the thirteenth over. After picking the wicket, the bowler went into a frenzied celebration and appeared agitated.
Enough planning went into the celebration to set off the batter. As shown in the viral video, Kashif and the bowler ended up getting into a physical altercation. But things went further than that.
The players in issue were separated by officials after the fight became more serious and it appeared that other teammates were also involved. On social media, the incident’s footage has been going viral.

Last year, there were fights in Bangladesh’s Celebrity Cricket League
Interestingly, this was not the first time that cricket players had become physically involved in a brawl during a match. A similar situation happened during last year’s Celebrity Cricket League match in Bangladesh. Serious confusion ensued after the incident, which was sparked by a disagreement over the umpire’s ruling. The situation was so serious that the league’s organisers were forced to cancel. The league wasn’t even close to reaching the championship round.

During an Asia Cup 2022 match between Pakistan and Afghanistan, there was one specific incident in international cricket that almost resulted in a brawl. Asif Ali was passing by the bowler from Afghanistan, Fareed Ahmed, who had just taken his wicket. The ICC assessed the two players a 25 percent match fee fine for violating Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct because they engaged in chest pressing.
