Following the conclusion of their limited-over series against Sri Lanka, Team India’s players will be out of the game for a while. Certain famous players have been on vacation during their much-needed downtime.
But Team India’s Test and ODI captain Rohit Sharma has other ideas, just like his distinct sense of humour. Recently, the Hitman—a simpleton and gem of a man—spent some time with his closest buddies. On social media, the batter from Mumbai just posted some photos from his most recent get-together with friends. Training gear was noticed on the big hitter. Sharma wore jogging shoes and a t-shirt that was bright green in colour.
“Mandali,” Rohit wrote as the caption for his photo, highlighting the value of friendship in his life.
Other than him, there was Abhishek Nayar, the recently elected assistant coach of India and a personal friend of Rohit. Notably, “a group of friends” is what the word “Mandali” signifies. That Nayar and the Indian Captain have a tight relationship is therefore not surprising, and the caption supports the hitman’s leadership abilities in a group setting.
