Vinod Kambli, the former batter for India, is reportedly struggling with serious health issues. When they saw a video of the former batter having trouble walking, cricket fans were taken aback and worried about his wellbeing.
Vinod Kambli was seen in the video struggling to remain upright and relying on a motorbike that was parked on the side of the road for support. Shortly afterward, several men came up to him and helped carry him to his destination. On social media, media personality Narendra Gupta shared a video of the horrific event.
“Vinod Kambli, a former cricket player, is struggling with illness. The former Indian cricket player Vinod Kambli has been transparent in recent years about his battles with personal and health challenges.
“He’s been admitted to the hospital multiple times for a variety of ailments, such as depression and heart issues. I’m hoping he gets well quickly and receives the help he requires.” Gupta wrote.

There have previously been concerns raised about Vinod Kambli’s health. He had a heart attack in 2013 while driving from Chembur to Bandra and required to be admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. Earlier in 2012, angioplasty was performed to treat two of his blocked arteries.

When he and the legendary Sachin Tendulkar collaborated for a world-record 664 runs in a school match in 1988, Vinod Kambli initially gained notoriety. At the time, Kambli was seventeen and Tendulkar was sixteen.
Three years later, in 1991, Kambli made his debut for India in one-day international cricket matches. By scoring back-to-back double hundreds in his third and fourth Test matches against England in 1993, he also made his debut in the format. But Kambli fell short of expectations from the start.

Kambli appeared in just 17 Test matches and 104 ODIs for India overall. In One-Day Internationals, he amassed 2477 runs with two century and fourteen fifty. With four centuries and three half-centuries, he accumulated over a thousand runs in Test cricket.
