On August 3, 2024, during Match 14 of The Hundred 2024 against the Welsh Fire, viewers were once again captivated by the unmatched genius of Afghan leg-spinner Rashid Khan. Khan stunned everyone with an incredible helicopter shot.
Rashid Khan, batting at a run-a-ball score of four, was faced with a daunting task of scoring 31 runs from 18 balls.
He skilfully struck a full delivery wide of Luke Wells’ off-stump for an incredible wristy six. This incredible shot, which very few could possibly expect to make firm contact with, just about cleared Tom Kohler-Cadmore at wide long-off, whose heroic leaping attempt was insufficient.
