In order to advance to the Super 8 in the current T20 World Cup, Australia defeated Namibia at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. Adam Zampa dominated the middle overs, taking four wickets as the Gerhard Erasmus-led team was bowled out for 72 runs. Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins bowled early, quickly sending Namibia’s top order back to the pavilion.
Mitchell Marsh, the captain, showered Zampa with plaudits after completing a nine-wicket victory. With eight wickets in three matches so far, the great spinner will be vital to the Kangaroos in the Super 8, when the intensity of play will rise. Before that, Marsh referred to Adam Zampa as the most significant player for Australia and mentioned how much he enjoyed bowling under duress.
“Given his performance over the past four to five years, he is most likely our most significant player. In the post-match presentation, Marsh stated, “He loves the pressure and he is bowling well right now. We are lucky to have him.”

After winning their opening two games against Oman and England, Australia secured their spot in the Super 8 with a victory over Namibia. Marsh said after the game that the bowlers had done a great job stopping Namibia at just 72 runs. In addition, he expressed his satisfaction with the Super 8 berth and said that it was a professional performance.
“I think our bowling team put on a fantastic display. There was some swing there, and the wicket was lovely. an expertly executed performance. Making it to the Super Eight was fantastic,” Marsh remarked.
