Rajasthan Royals pacer Nandre Burger has talked about how entertaining a sledging match with Kohli would be as they prepare for a pivotal match.
The Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Rajasthan Royals are scheduled to play in the 2024 Indian Premier League Eliminator. The winner advances to the tournament’s second qualifying round, where they will compete against the loser of Qualifier 1 to secure a spot in the main event’s summit match.
Earlier in the tournament, the Rajasthan Royals defeated the Royals of Chennai by a commanding margin. Star batsman Jos Buttler won the game for the Royals with a brilliant ton of his own.
“I can’t think of a single batsman that I particularly liked sledding. I simply believe that I like the competitive aspect of it. However, I believe that during the India series, some people mistakenly believed that Virat and I were a couple, when in fact, we weren’t. That was hardly a place for sledging. There were only staredowns. However, I believe it would be entertaining to engage in a short sledging match with him.
In a video that the Royals posted, Nandre Burger stated, “I think I’d enjoy it.”

RR wants to regain form.
Regarding the Rajasthan Royals, they had an incredible opening to the 2024 Indian Premier League season. The team led the standings for the majority of the group stage; however, the second half of the season saw a significant decline in their performance as the Royals were unable to win any games in May. They’ll be hoping that the do-or-die Eliminator will see a similar transformation.
