Similar to other seasons, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have carried on with their dismal performance in the Indian Premier League 2024.
The Bengaluru-based team dropped eight straight games, suggesting that nothing was working for them. They will almost certainly not make it to the IPL 2024 playoffs. The RCB management has been closely watched during all of this. Pundits and supporters have pounced on the think tanks.
Since the league’s founding, RCB’s bowling has been a weakness. The management has repeatedly ignored the issue. As a result, in crucial moments, the team has not performed well. Former player Shane Watson has made an audacious comment about the behavior of the team. He has eliminated any chance of a cricket enthusiast leading one of the most adored IPL teams.
“It is certain that there is an RCB employee with limited cricket knowledge. For this reason, he released Yuzi Chahal. The former all-rounder stated on JioCinema, “I am not talking about this great man (Mike Hesson) here.”
To beg Yuzvendra Chahal to return, I would go: Robin Uthappa
In the past, Robin Uthappa had voiced his displeasure with the Bengaluru team’s management. He addressed the long-standing problem of RCB’s poor bowling arsenal. In addition, he emphasized the mistakes made by management in letting go of Yuzvendra Chahal and Harshal Patel. For the uninitiated, Chahal holds the record for most wickets taken in IPL history.
I would first ask Yuzvendra Chahal to return. In order to get Yuzi back from RR and make apologies, I will stop at nothing. Maybe I would even go back and get Harshal Patel back and set up wickets where bowlers can thrive. Considering the caliber of their batters (Faf du Plessis, Virat Kohli, Maxwell, and Dinesh Karthik), what about their bowlers? They have had outstanding batters. They had players such as Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers. Travis Head played the part of them. In an earlier episode of The Ranveer Show podcast, former cricket player Shane Watson commented.
