A delivery courtesy that is absolutely delightful As India concluded the second session of Day 1 of the second Test match against New Zealand with a victory, Washington Sundar saw the back of Tom Blundell. The Black Caps’ wicketkeeper-batter was beaten by a brilliant delivery that followed after he had been beaten by the previous one that continued with the arm.
Sundar, who was added to the XI for the second Test in lieu of Kuldeep Yadav, bowled it a little bit more slowly. The delivery tore through Blundell’s bat-pad gap as he tried to make a cover drive.

Sundar was included in the conflict because of what he had accomplished up until the tea break. Rachin Ravindra looked completely helpless after a fine half-century from his willow, and it was his second dismissal until that point after another snorter. In contrast, this delivery came in a little faster and was bowled wide of the crease.
Washington Sundar and Ashwin tighten the screws on guests.
Rohit Sharma made the decision to use the spinners to handle the majority of the bowling because the pacers were not very effective after a point. Sundar and Ravichandran Ashwin, two spinners from Chennai, have taken the wickets despite Ravindra Jadeja’s generally tight lines.

New Zealand was down six at the time of writing, and Sundar’s most recent victim was Daryl Mitchell. Ashwin shook the Kiwis earlier in the day and surpassed Nathan Lyon in both the Australian’s all-time Test tally and the ranking of the top wicket-takers in the World Test Championship.
