Mumbai, February 2, 2024: The biggest content and entertainment powerhouse in India, ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL), has released the viewing statistics for the first week of ILT20’s second season.
According to data supplied by BARC TV+OOH, the event achieved an outstanding reach of 113 million during its first week of operation. Additionally, among viewers in India’s urban areas who are 15 years of age and older, the amount of time spent on the series has increased by an astounding 32% (15+; India Urban). This significant increase in viewing time highlights the league’s capacity to draw in and hold the interest of its viewers, making for a more engaging and fulfilling viewing experience.

The six franchise teams in the league are the Gulf Giants (Adani Sportsline), MI Emirates (Reliance Industries), Sharjah Warriors (Capri Global), Abu Dhabi Knight Riders (Kolkata Knight Riders), Desert Vipers (Lancer Capital), Dubai Capitals (GMR), and Gulf Giants (Adani Sportsline). David Warner, Dasun Shanaka, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Sam Billings, David Willey, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Alex Hales, Tom Curran, Rovman Powell, Shimron Hetmyer, James Vince, Ambati Rayudu, Corey Anderson, Dwayne Bravo, Trent Boult, Chris Woakes, and Martin Guptill are among the well-known cricket players expected to appear in Season 2.
