“No one can say for sure, can they? Those who predict that Virat Kohli will surpass Tendulkar’s record for most century runs won’t take cricket logic into account.
It seems like 20 millennia in the future. In their whole career, most cricket players cannot score that much. I’m not going to be bold and predict that Kohli will succeed. Nobody’s age is ever-ending. Although the 100th century looks to be the most challenging milestone, Kohli will likely shatter many more,” he continued.
But Lara pointed out that only Kohli can approach the historic milestone set by his “dear friend.”.
“Only Virat Kohli can be even close. His commitment to discipline and hard work is admirable. How can you not be a fan of his when he puts his all into getting ready for a match? I hope the best for him. If he could achieve 100 hundreds like Tendulkar, I would be overjoyed. Like I mentioned earlier, I’m a huge fan of Kohli, and Sachin was a great buddy,” he remarked.
