According to BARC, 36.9 crore viewers watched Disney Star’s Live broadcast of the first 19 matches, which is the highest number in IPL history, even when accounting for the two IPL tournaments played during Covid.
In addition, the broadcaster has recorded a staggering 11350 crore (113.5 billion) minutes* of viewing time for the Live broadcast of the first 19 matches. The broadcaster also saw a 25% increase in match TVR compared to the previous edition for the Live broadcast of the first 19 matches, which was fueled by engagement levels reaching all-time highs.
